Wow! Just wow! It’s been over a month since we last blogged! That’s just sad. We keep talking about how we need to plan, plan, plan. And does it get done? Nope! Can you have a successful business without having a great plan? Nope! Blogging consistently is a big part of that great plan. So, here’s to daily blogging (or almost daily).
We have come a long way since we opened our business about a year and a half ago. We’ve learned a LOT but have a LONG, LONG way to go.
Five things we have learned so far are:
1. You need a business plan in order to succeed. We are working on that now!
2. Working from home takes a LOT of discipline, A LOT.
3. Running your own business takes a LOT of time, your own personal time.
4. Doing business taxes is a BEAR!
5. Having your own business means you are NEVER done! You have to walk away EVERY DAY with tasks unfinished. Very difficult for OCD personalities.
Stay tuned for our big changes. We have several crafty projects in mind, so look for them in our shop soon.

Also, we have LOADS (and we mean LOADS) of collectibles to add to our shop. Talk about time consuming!!!

Thanks to all of you who have stuck with us. This is a learning process for us, and sometimes, it’s slow going, but we’re getting there.
